Sweet Cookies for Sweet People

JESUSpolitik and Messiah Students One brisk grey morning, a group of students from Messiah College decided that they wanted to make a change, using something as simple as really delicious cookies.

After hearing about JESUSpolitik's Maputo Project and the kids that were being helped, they just KNEW that they had to do something! So, they used the skills and resources that they already had and put it to good use.

They baked cookies and brownies and sweets of all types. Then they set up in the student commons and sold them all. The money they raised went to help the children of Maputo that otherwise might have gone hungry one more day, without clothes one more day, without being ministered to.

JESUSpolitik and Messiah Students Bake Sale And it was a really good time.

It didn't take much, just a little heart, belief that they could do something and action on that belief. Lives were changed as a result.

Little is much in the hands of Jesus.
