Katie Miller is committed to the Lord and fulfilling her calling. She works with the Children's Ministries at her church, teaching 3 - 6 year old little boys and girls. She has a real love for teaching.

She uses whatever means she can to make sure that she's sharing Jesus Christ in a creative way that kids can understand.

Two of those ways are clowning and acting.

Katie is also known as "Rainbow the Clown". She clowns at special events and in church skits to explain the Bible and Gospel of Jesus Christ in a way that relates to kids and holds their attention.

She knew about JESUSpolitik and liked all the imaginative and artistic ideas it offered for how people could get involved. The ideas on using talents in miming and acting especially resonated with her.

 She decided to take something she was already doing for the Lord, working with kids and clowning, and use it to help out JESUSpolitik too.

She made her Love Maputo tye-dyed tee a permanent part of her clowning attire, wearing it wherever she goes to clown, put on skits and reach out to children.

“I was already planning on doing some kids events and I wanted to get the word out about JESUSpolitik and the Love Maputo Project at the same time.  Wearing the shirt created an easy talking point, and hey, I was dressed as a CLOWN, who could ignore that?

I often get the chance to do skits and work with kids, so I’ve decided now to wear JESUSpolitik’s Love Maputo tee shirt every time I do an event as my way of contributing to this important project. This way, I figure I can not only help kids here in the US, but in Mozambique and around the world too.”
